By accessing or using NightTrader Exchange ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
2.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. 2.2. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
3.1. To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. 3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 3.3. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.
4.1. NightTrader Exchange provides a decentralized multi-signature cryptocurrency exchange platform. 4.2. The Platform facilitates peer-to-peer transactions using blockchain technology. 4.3. We do not hold custody of your funds; you maintain control of your assets at all times.
5.1. You are solely responsible for your trading activities on the Platform. 5.2. You agree not to engage in any illegal or fraudulent activities on the Platform. 5.3. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your private keys and wallet.
6.1. By using the double deposit escrow feature, you agree to abide by its terms and conditions. 6.2. You understand that both parties must deposit collateral for the escrow to function. 6.3. Disputes in escrow transactions will be handled only between the two parties in the contract. No third parties.
7.1. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with using the Platform. 7.2. Fee structures may be updated from time to time, with notice provided to users.
8.1. You acknowledge that cryptocurrency trading involves significant risks. 8.2. NightTrader Exchange is not responsible for any losses incurred through trading activities.
9.1. All content and technology on the Platform are the property of NightTrader Exchange. 9.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
10.1. Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. 10.2. We collect and use your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. 11.2. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.
12.1. The Platform is provided "as is" without any warranties. 12.2. NightTrader Exchange is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
13.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. 13.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Switzerland.
14.1. We may update these Terms from time to time. 14.2. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
